Group structure

The holding company, Xinergistix Ltd, is structured around a group of stakeholders, in addition to comprising a dedicated asset finance company and a property holding group.

Xinergistix Management Services (Pty) Ltd is also the main shareholder in two supplementary transport and logistics companies ─ Crystal Cool Logistix, which specialises in refrigerated transport, and Southern Cross Logistics, another dedicated truckload transport business operating within South Africa, Zimbabwe, Zambia, Malawi and Mozambique.
