Xinergistix is a road freight transport group that operates throughout Southern Africa. The strength of the group lies in its focus on a blue-chip customer base, while maintaining a balance in volumes, product ranges and geographical spread to diversify risk within an optimal service delivery framework.

In addition to the group´s holding company, Xinergistix now comprises an operational company with a dedicated asset finance company and a property holding company.

The Steinhoff International Group owns 27% of Xinergistix, and also owns 100% of Unitrans and PG Bison, which is one of the largest Xinergistix customers.
